Welcome to Pegasus Pets! We’re thrilled to have you here and we’d love to share a bit about who we are and what we stand for.

Our Story: We are a dog loving family through and through. One dog in particular – Star was who inspired me to open a business with dogs in mind. She was a one of a kind, a family member in her own right and I realised that for many – dogs are an integral part of families. I wanted to share my love of Star and share that passion amongst Dog Parents.

Our Mission: We have family core values at heart. We show this in all we do and our multiple business endeavours. We hope to become a well known brand in the pet food industry and expand our local offering to a national market.

What Sets Us Apart: A genuine love and passion for all our clients. Our family team resonate that love and warmth for all furry friends.

Our Services/Products: We offer a wide range of Raw Dog Food, treats, toys, accessories, clothing and health/hygiene products. We offer local delivery and national delivery services.

Our Team: Teresa Cook – Manager: She runs day to day business, whether that’s the face in our shop or putting together orders for our customers. Steven Cook – Director: Started Pegasus Pets and drove the business to how you see it today. Brandon Cook – Director: Brandon helps out with the deliveries and around the shop. Grant Cook – Director: Grant helps keep the shop maintained and helps out with deliveries also. Liam Jones – Photographer: Liam helps maintain our back office systems as well as take photos of our shop and our products. Michael Harrington – IT: Michael builds and maintains our website & e-commerce store.
